rallyxrally runs pickleball tournaments: draws, results, live scores and a record of each match. This is a short notice for the stage rallyxrally is at now, written to say plainly what is collected and why. A fuller policy will come before rallyxrally takes player registrations or payments.

Organizers who sign in

An organizer signs in with a Google account or an emailed link. From Google we receive your email address and name, and nothing else: no contacts, files or calendar. We keep them to recognise you the next time you sign in and to show you your own events. A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in on that browser until you sign out or it expires.

People entered in an event

An organizer enters the players, pairs and teams in their event, and referees and desk staff record results. Those names belong to the event and to its organizer, who decides what is public: rallyxrally shows a draw publicly only after the organizer publishes it. Some events include children. rallyxrally treats names as the most sensitive thing it holds: they are not used for advertising, not sold and not shared with anyone outside the event.

If you connect DUPR

An event can let its players connect a DUPR account. It is always your choice, and you do it with DUPR's own sign-in: rallyxrally never sees your DUPR password. When you connect, DUPR tells rallyxrally your DUPR number, your name as DUPR shares it, your rating and your birth year, and whether your account may be used for matches. We use them for three things: to show you your rating, to show the organizer of an event you are entered in who has connected and what the rating is, and to send a result to DUPR when the organizer chooses to send it.

DUPR's handling of your data is covered by DUPR's own privacy policy. For anything about a result or a rating, write to support@rallyxrally.com.

What rallyxrally does not collect

Counting visits

To see whether rallyxrally is being used, we count, and we count without knowing who. Each event keeps a number for each day: how many times its scores page, referee screen, desk or captain page was opened. It is a count and nothing else. No cookie, device or address is kept with it, so one person opening a page twice is counted twice.

rallyxrally.com and the pages of the app, including each event's address, also use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It measures page views and how quickly pages load, sets no cookies, and does not follow anyone from one website to another. It is not used for advertising. We ask it not to measure visitors in the European Union. Cloudflare is the company that already runs rallyxrally, and it receives the page address and the browser's technical details in the way any website host does.

Who can see an event

The organizer, and the staff they give a code to. People who run rallyxrally can look inside an event only when the organizer allows it for a limited time, or in an emergency with a reason that the organizer can read afterwards. Names stay hidden in those views unless the organizer allows them. Every such opening is recorded in the event's activity log.

Where it is kept

rallyxrally runs on Cloudflare. Data is stored in Cloudflare's database and moves through its network. We do not sell it.

Asking for something to be removed

Organizers can ask for their account and events to be deleted, and anyone named in an event can ask for their entry to be corrected or removed. Write to privacy@rallyxrally.com.
