Pickleball tournament software for organizers in India
Run a pickleball tournament in India: referees score on their phones, players and parents follow one link, and players pay nothing. Your first event is free.
Built at tournaments in India
rallyxrally was shaped by two tournaments in India: a festival in Pune run across a full day, and a team event for students with groups, a draft and a knockout. Both were run by one person who stayed up through the night, and making that unnecessary is what rallyxrally is for.
If you organize a pickleball tournament in India, whether for a club, a college, a foundation or a festival, this is what it does for you and what it does not do yet.
What a tournament in India asks of the tools
These are the things we watched happen, not a general list.
- The venue's wifi is not something to rely on. A referee scores the whole match on their phone with no signal, and it is sent to the desk when there is one. Scoring a match.
- Parents and players follow on their phones, from a message. The event has one address. Share it in a WhatsApp group, and anyone who opens it sees what is on court now, the draws, the group tables and the results. There is nothing to install and no sign-in, and nobody is tracked.
- One person at the desk carries the day. The desk puts matches on courts, places referees, enters a result from paper and sees when a court has gone quiet. The control room.
- Registration often lives in a booking site or a spreadsheet. Bring the export in. rallyxrally reads it and shows what it understood before anything is created. Entries.
- Categories by level and by format. Doubles, mixed and singles at different skill levels, in groups with a knockout after them. Categories and the draw.
- Sponsors pay for the day. Show your logo and a title sponsor and partners on the event page, the scoresheet and the referee's time-out clock, then send each one a report of what was counted. Logos and sponsors.

What the two events showed
At the student team event, referees scored 14 of the 16 matches that reached rallyxrally on their phones as the match was played. At the Pune festival, one scorer on one court kept the score on paper and entered 29 of the 37 matches minutes after each one finished, because that was how the day worked.
Both are legitimate ways for a result to arrive. What matters is that nobody is told more than happened, so every match says how it was recorded, and rallyxrally draws a map of where rallies ended only for matches that were captured as they were played. Reading how it went.
A day, step by step
- Before: create the event, add entries, draw the groups and publish. Send referees and the desk their links and codes. Create your event.
- On the day: the desk puts matches on courts. Referees tap the court. Scores appear on the live page as they happen.
- After: every result is in one place, with a scoresheet for each match to send, print or take away as a CSV.
Names, and children
Most of what you enter is names, and some events include children. Names belong to your event and to you: you decide what is public, and a draw is shown publicly only after you publish it. Nothing is used for advertising or sold. People who run rallyxrally can look inside your event only when you allow it, for a limited time, and names stay hidden unless you allow them too. Privacy.
What it does not do yet
Said plainly, so you can choose with the facts.
- No online registration or entry fees. You bring entries in; rallyxrally does not take payments from your players. Players never pay rallyxrally: only the organizer does.
- English only. The app and the guides are in English. They are not translated into Hindi, Marathi or other languages.
- No ratings. Draws are seeded from the groups, not from a rating.
- It does not decide faults. Whether a ball was in or a serve was legal is the referee's call. rallyxrally records what the referee called, and scores by the USA Pickleball 2025 rules it implements. How scoring works.
- It is not a federation, and it is not accredited.
What it costs
Your first event is free. Drafts do not count, and the demo does not count: an event is used when it begins to run, with its first published draw, scored match or recorded result. Players never pay. Beyond the first event, a plan or a code covers the next ones. Message us on X or Instagram and we will set you up. Prices will be published here when they are final.
