What it does for an organizer

rallyxrally runs the part of a tournament that usually falls on one person who stays up all night: the draw, the courts, the results and the scores people keep asking about.

  • Entries. Add them one by one, or bring a spreadsheet or a booking-site export. rallyxrally reads it and shows you what it understood before anything is created. Entries.
  • Draws. Round-robin groups and a knockout, seeded by where entrants finished in their groups. Categories and the draw.
  • Courts and the desk. Name your courts once. The desk puts matches on them, places referees, enters a result from paper and sees when a court has gone quiet. The control room.
  • Referees score on their phones. One tap on the court records the point. It works with no signal and sends the match to the desk when there is one. Scoring a match.
  • A link for everyone else. Players and parents open one address: what is on court now, the draws, the group tables and the results. No sign-in, and nobody is tracked.
  • A live score for your stream. A score bug for OBS and a data feed for vMix. Broadcasters.
  • Your logo and your sponsors. Show your logo and a title sponsor and partners on the event page, the scoresheet and the referee's time-out clock, then send each sponsor a report of what was counted. Logos and sponsors.
  • Staff without sharing a password. Desk and referee codes that end on a date you choose, a record of who changed what, and support that can look inside your event only when you let it. Codes.
The live page on a phone: an event's logo, its title sponsor, what is on court now and the latest results.
The page players and parents open. Sample data, with invented players.

How a tournament day goes

  1. Before: create the event, add entries, draw the groups and publish. Send referees and the desk their links and codes.
  2. On the day: the desk puts matches on courts. Referees tap the court. Scores appear on the public page as they happen.
  3. After: every result is in one place, with a scoresheet for each match to send, print or take away as a CSV.

What it does not do yet

Said plainly, because an organizer should know before choosing.

  • No online registration or payments for players. You bring entries in; rallyxrally does not take entry fees.
  • It does not decide faults. Whether a ball was in or a serve was legal is the referee's call. rallyxrally records what the referee called.
  • No seeding from a rating. Draws are seeded from the groups, not from a rating system.
  • It is not a sanctioning body, and it makes no claim to be accredited. The scoring rules it implements are tested against the USA Pickleball 2025 Official Rulebook.

Built from real tournaments

It was shaped by running two tournaments in India, one of them a team event for students, and by what the people running them asked for at the desk. Every screenshot on this site is the real app with invented players. More on running a tournament in India.

What it costs

Your first event is free. Drafts do not count, and the demo does not count: an event is used when it begins to run, with its first published draw, scored match or recorded result. Beyond the first event, a plan or a code covers the next ones. Message us on X or Instagram and we will set you up. Prices will be published here when they are final.
